Kimi Antonelli has converted his historic pole to score his first ever Grand Prix, taking advantage of a thrilling Ferrari battle that sees Lewis Hamilton score his first podium for the Scuderia.
Again, a thrilling battle between Mercedes and Ferrari took place at the start, but eventually the Silver Arrows used their superior race pace to secure their second one-two of the season.
A battle between Hamilton and Leclerc ensued throughout the race, with the two constantly swapping positions for the final podium spot.
Elsewhere, Max Verstappen's torrid Chinese weekend came to an end with a retirement on Lap 46 with suspected power unit issues.
The Dutchman makes up seven drivers either to retire or not even start the race, including McLaren as both Norris and Piastri suffered problems prior to the race.
