The famous Ferrari starts did not disappoint at the Chinese Grand Prix either. Lewis Hamilton now leads for the second day in a row.
Both Ferrari drivers were able to gain a position off the line in Shanghai. Hamilton took the lead similarly to the Sprint, while Charles Leclerc was able to overtake George Russell and got up to third place.
On the soft tyres, Max Verstappen lost four positions on the first lap after another bad start with the RB22.

McLarens not on the grid

Both McLaren drivers were unable to start from the grid at the Chinese Grand Prix, as the Woking-based team identified issues on Lando Norris and Oscar Piastri's MCL40s respectively.
Gabriel Bortoleto and Alex Albon were also unable to start the session.
