Verstappen stunned by Lambiase: 'Are you impressed?'

Max Verstappen and Gianpiero Lambiase switched roles for once. For a Red Bull Racing video, the race engineer got behind the wheel this time and it was Verstappen who could share the information. Verstappen was visibly and audibly impressed with GP.

Lambiase and Verstappen have been working together since the 2016 Spanish Grand Prix, when Verstappen drove his first GP and won on behalf of Red Bull Racing. Helmut Marko and Christian Horner often describe their relationship as an old married couple. In videos released by Red Bull, the duo's good relationship is again reflected.

Before the Spanish GP, the duo recorded a video in which Lambiase once got behind the wheel. Over the Circuit Barcelona-Catalunya, the race engineer impressed his driver. Verstappen stated he was impressed and suggested there should be a competition where driver and race engineers would race together: "Then we would win."
