Zandvoort, host venue of the Dutch Grand Prix in 2020, is a historic venue on the F1 calendar, but it will need a lot of changes to become up to spec to host a modern race. On this computer simulation, we get a preview of what an on-board lap looks like!
Anyone who knows Zandvoort will immediately notice how much wider the track looks in this simulation. The beachside circuit is very narrow in its current state, weaving between the Dutch dunes.
Another very noticeable change is the banking on the final corner, which is massive! Twice as steep as Indianapolis, according to the circuit.
