AlphaTauri wants Yuki Tsunoda to be as prepared as possible for the start of the new season in Bahrain. The Faenza-based racing team has booked the Imola circuit for two days for the Japanese driver to test in the STR14.
Tsunoda drove a 2019 Toro Rosso car. Although the car cannot be compared to the AT02 (of 2021), it does help the 20-year-old driver to master certain procedures. Communication with the pit box can also be practiced.
