Costly damage for Haas in FP3: Hulkenberg smashes front wing

Nico Hulkenberg caused the first yellow flag of the third and final free practice session. The Haas driver couldn't slow the car down in time for the corner, and he shot straight into the barrier.

Hulkenberg had a similar problem on Friday. He reported on the radio after his crash on Saturday: "It's again the same as yesterday. I touched the brake and I lock up." Hulkenberg was able to get out of the barrier and carry on driving, but his front wing was completely damaged. The American team will not be able to use that part for the rest of the weekend.

Hulkenberg will be able to compete in qualifying, which takes place later on Saturday.
