Watch: F1 world champion Lewis Hamilton prepares for 2020 season

Reigning Formula 1 world champion Lewis Hamilton is getting himself prepared for the upcoming season by running through the rain. The British driver has spoken about his high fitness levels in the past and how they improve his performance come race weekends.

Hamilton starts the season as a 35-year-old. He is expected to sign a two-year contract extension with Mercedes which will see him through until he turns 38 in January 2023. During the winter, he has spoken about how fresh he feels. He believes some of this is down to his new vegan diet.
