Verstappen gets head start in mountain bike race against Matt Jones

F1 teams like to take care of their drivers and therefore make sure they do not engage in any dangerous (sporting) activities. Red Bull Racing did allow Max Verstappen to get on a mountain bike and take on Matt Jones.

The Dutchman can be seen riding a mountain bike in an Esso promotional video, taking on Red Bull athlete Matt Jones. Jones is a British professional mountain biker and is best known for his successful YouTube channel on which he posts mountain biking videos.

Despite the lead given to Verstappen by the Brit, the Dutchman fails to beat Jones. Although there is not particularly much footage, the video does show Verstappen going through the corners on his bike with a lot of guts.
