McLaren boss Zak Brown believes Liberty Media will need to take action on the so-called‘Bteams’.
Sauber, Haas and Toro Rosso all work or supported are by one of the top three teams and Brown feels the title contenders benefit from the ‘B team’ system.
“I think Liberty are going to address the ‘B team’ business model because I think it allows the ‘A teams’ to benefit from the B-teams,” Brown said to RaceFans.net
“That benefit is everything from technical to political to on-track activities [we’ve seen] this year which I think people believe were questionable,”
Brown believes it damages the reputation of Formula 1 and it is unhealthy for the sport.

“All three of those scenarios are not what Formula 1 is about and need to change for the health of the sport,” he added but the McLaren boss thinks the situation will be dealt with accordingly.
“I believe they will.
“Liberty have that in their plan to address B teams and to what degree you can be a B team.”
