According to images that have gone viral on social media, Yuki Tsunoda seemed lost after arriving at the airport in Sao Paulo, Brazil.
When traveling, F1 teams assign staff to make sure drivers are met at the gate at the airport for logistic purposes. However, when Tsunoda arrived in Brazil, he was seen looking for who he was supposed to rendesvouz with at the terminal.
Images began flooding social media channels showing a confused Tsunoda in search for his team's representative at the Aeroporto Internacional de Sao Paulo-Guarulhos.
In the end Max Verstappen's teammate gave up his search and simply sat down in the lobby to wait for Red Bull to locate him, as can be understood from all the social media posts, with one caption stating: "Yuki Tsunoda arrived on Tuesday morning, and the Red Bull driver was completely lost as no one was expecting him; he remained in the lobby for some time."
