With two victories at the
Red Bull Ring Max Verstappen has made a big impression.
Peter Windsor praises the Dutchman, who according to him now 'master of everything in
Formula 1'.
Verstappen has managed to put together a great run, with wins in Monaco, France, Styria and Austria. Only the
Azerbaijan Grand Prix he failed to win, but that was entirely due to a Pirelli blowout. Windsor is impressed with the form of the Dutchman.
The former
Williams team manager also saw Verstappen pull away afterwards. "
That was Verstappen in 'mode 2' (referring to the engine mode he was allowed to use for his fastest lap). Max didn't use much kerb and that also shows he is the total master of everything at the moment in F1. It's good to see, fans love it, and let's see if he continues that in Silverstone," Windsor concludes.
