Nikita Mazepin and Nobuharu Matsushita both collided at the 2019 Russian Grand Prix - Formula 2 sprint race. Both drivers are okay and there has been reports of "no fractures" for either driver, which is great news.

How the #F2 crash happened: Mazepin and Aitken went off at turn two. Aitken went around both sets of bollards as the rules require but Mazepin cut between them, hit Aitken, and that sent him into Matsushita.
