Sebastian Vettel secured another pole position in 2018 after looking toothless at times during free practice, and the German said that he simply
"got the job done" after he jumped out of his car.
Sky Sports F1 interviewer Paul Di Resta asked Vettel about his performance that granted him pole.
"I got the job done.
"Yesterday we were a bit in trouble.
"I wasn't really happy with the car, we had some problems and I couldn't get the rhythm."
His fate changed today though, thanks to some good work by the
Ferrari mechanics.
"Today we switched on.
"The car was incredible, it just kept getting quicker.
"In my final lap I had a small mistake otherwise I think there was a little bit more.
"But it was fantastic, thanks to the team for fixing the car yesterday after I hit the wall."
