For a long time, people have suspected Verstappen is the next Sebastian Vettel. But now, even Christian Horner has remarked on the agenda.
Vettel moved to Red Bull in 2009 prior to winning four World Championships. But on his title-winning season, he made massive errors.
Seb crashed into teammate Mark Webber, and then Jenson Button during the same season. And Horner believes that these issues are reminiscent of current Red Bull driver Max Verstappen.
“Yes, he’s made some mistakes,” admitted Horner.
“I remember when we had Sebastian at a similar stage in his career, it wasn’t uncommon that he also made some mistakes.

“I think he’d (Max) have learned a lot - he will put that to good use in the future, in the coming races.
“Just talking with him after the race, he’s put his hand up, he’s apologised to Sebastian, he did that immediately as they got out of their cars.”
Could Verstappen be the next Sebastian Vettel? Anyhow, it gives further evidence that Red Bull’s little brother works really well in feeding the sport with good talent.
