Max Verstappen will be the only driver who won't get behind the wheel during Wednesday's running of winter testing in Bahrain. The final week of testing takes place between February 18-20 at the
Bahrain International Circuit before the Australian Grand Prix kicks off the 2026 season on March 8.
Verstappen will be the only driver not to take to the track on the opening day of the second week of testing in the Middle East, with teammate
Isack Hadjar in the RB22 for the morning and afternoon sessions.

Norris to start, Hamilton in the afternoon
Along with Hadjar, World Champion Lando Norris will be out on track in the morning session for McLaren, while Kimi Antonelli will get Mercedes off and running.
Ferrari will see Charles Leclerc behind the wheel to start proceedings, while seven-time World Champion Lewis Hamilton taking over from the Monegasque for the afternoon.
For the final days of winter testing,
the majority of teams have announced which drivers will be in action in Bahrain, while Ferrari have been the only team to not fully release their schedule for the rest of the week.
