Max Verstappen believes changes could be achieved in Formula 1 through only a single way. The four-time world champion does not mince his words about the current generation of Formula 1 cars in his interviews.
He previously compared the current form of racing to the well-known video game, Mario Kart, and warned that the current regulations could have
big consequences for the competition's future as well.
"This has nothing to do with racing. I would say the same if I would be winning races because I care about the racing product. It's not about being upset of where I am because I'm actually fighting even more now of course so you get to understand what you have to do and what it is about even more, but for me it's really a joke," he previously explained.
In separate press moments as well, world champions
Lando Norris and
Lewis Hamilton both agreed that drivers are not being listened to as they do not have a seat at the table.

Safety concerns were brought up once again after Oliver Bearman's incident at Suzuka. The Briton went on the grass while taking avoiding action, and ended up crashing into the barrier at a high speed. Luckily, he was okay after the crash.
According to Verstappen, when the word 'safety' comes up, that makes the responsible people act quicker.
He said: "Well, if it's all about safety it's easy to fix things. You can use safety for a lot of stuff. So maybe we should use the word safety for it. Finally make some changes!"
