Toto Wolff for being the team principal of the Mercedes Formula 1 team, but the Austrian also owns a 33 percent stake in the F1 team. This makes him the only billionaire among the current team bosses in Formula 1. For this reason, he can afford various things, such as a luxury superyacht with a price tag of a whopping $27.000.000.

Toto Wolff's superyacht

The Mangusta 165, which Wolff bought in 2023, was built by the Italian Overmarine Group. The yacht is over 50 metres long, 9 metres wide, and equipped with multiple MTU diesel engines and Kamewa waterjets. It achieves a speed of 35 knots.
The design comes from the Italian designer Stefano Righini. The interior was fully customized to Wolff's wishes. In total, it has room for twelve guests and nine crew members. Originally, the yacht was named UU, but Wolff gave the ship a new name: V. Just like Unleash the Lion, Max Verstappen's yacht, it is usually moored in Monaco.

Wolff and Verstappen in Sardinia at the same time

Recently, Wolff's yacht was spotted near the Italian island of Sardinia. Interestingly, Verstappen was also seen there at the same time, aboard his own yacht — 'Unleash the Lion', a Mangusta Gransport 33 which reportedly cost 15 million dollars. Also, Verstappen's private jet, a Dassault Falcon 8X, landed in the same region.
This coincidence led to rumors about a possible meeting between Wolff and Verstappen. GPblog was able to report that no conversation between the two had taken place and that it was purely coincidental that they were at the Italian island at the same time.
