After rain affected the weekends in Malaysia and Singapore, F1 heads to Austin for the United States Grand Prix, where drivers and teams are expected to encounter considerably different conditions. According to the latest forecast, the Circuit of The Americas is set for a hot and largely dry weekend, with temperatures approaching 30°C.
The United States Grand Prix will take place from 23 to 25 October, with the weather currently looking favourable for all three days of track action. Although clouds are expected throughout the weekend, the probability of rainfall remains below 10%, suggesting that wet-weather running is unlikely.
The high temperatures could nevertheless present a challenge for drivers and teams, particularly when it comes to tyre management at the demanding Austin circuit.
Friday, 23 October: Hot conditions for practice
Friday's forecast indicates a mixture of sunshine and clouds, with temperatures reaching a maximum of 30°C during the day. According to The Weather Channel, the probability of rain is just 3%, making Friday the driest of the three days on the current forecast.

Winds are expected to blow from the south-southeast at approximately 10 to 15 km/h, while humidity should remain around 43%.
The conditions should allow teams to complete their preparations without significant weather interruptions, although the heat will be an important consideration when evaluating tyre performance.
