Teams and drivers have selected their tyres for the upcoming Belgian Grand Prix this weekend. Teams can choose between the C1 C2 and C3 compounds for the weekend and there are different amounts of each tyre that each driver will be taking.
Mercedes looks to have gone for a different tyre strategy for the Belgian Grand Prix with Lewis Hamilton and Valtteri Bottas taking one set of the hard tyre, four sets of the medium and eight sets of the soft.
This is different from all of the other top teams and most of the midfield who have chosen to go with one set of the hard tyre, two sets of the medium and ten sets of the soft.
Williams are the only team to go for more than one set of hard tyres with George Russell taking two sets of the C1 compound.
It will be interesting to see if Mercedes decision to take two fewer sets of the soft tyre compared to their competition means that they will be going for a different race strategy.
