With all the woes currently going on at
Ferrari, Stefano Domenicali has recalled the time when the team were dominant in the world of
Formula 1. And even though Scuderia won 5 consecutive world championships, it didn't come without problems.
Michael Schumacher, a seven-time world champion, was at the wheel of the
Ferrari car. His level of driving was miles ahead of anyone else at the time, but Domenicali also praises his attitude.
"He never accused the team of any problems, and he had opportunities to do so, at Silverstone 1999, he had an accident and broke his legs, the problem is that a brake screw was not tight enough, but you never heard anything negative, never He said the team had made a mistake," Domenicali said in Nico Rosberg's podcast.
"Michael was never happy, he always wanted to win, he was able to idle while competing, going frame by frame so I tried to analyze how to improve the situation."
