Carlos Sainz is upset with the stewards, as Lewis Hamilton's maneouvre on the Spaniard was 'just' noted by the stewards. Later it was announced that the Briton will receive no penalty for his move at the Spanish Grand Prix, which made Saint even more fed up.
On Lap 19, with DRS, Lewis Hamilton overtook Carlos Sainz into Turn 1, and it seemed like the pair has made some contact. Right after he had to concede a place to his future replacement, Sainz immediately voiced his dissatisfaction to his race engineer.
Laps later, Sainz was told over the radio: "They [the stewards] reported no further investigation. I know it's harsh but let's go." Sainz was not happy with this decision, and concluded: "I don't understand why there's a rule book, and we don't follow it."
Lewis Hamilton is currently in P4 ahead of Carlos Sainz, the Ferrari driver trails the Briton currently by almost four seconds.
