What does the ideal F1 circuit look like? 'McLaren fans eyes closed'

Oscar Piastri is currently considered one of the biggest talents within Formula 1. The 22-year-old Australian, along with teammate Lando Norris, is making quite an advance within the current grid. In a YouTube video with Matt Gallagher on the channel P1 with Matt & Tommy, Piastri draws his ideal track.

He has never driven there, yet the Formula 1 driver copies the entire first sector of the Suzuka circuit. Piastri is less enthusiastic about the first sector drawn by Gallagher: "McLaren fans shut your eyes now. There [on that circuit] we would not be so good," the driver says after seeing Gallagher's first sector.

In the end, Piastri created a circuit similar to a mix between Silverstone and Suzuka. Gallagher created a circuit with six DRS zones. "I'm trying to benefit Red Bull, aren't I?" To which Piastri's reply is: "Yes, I think so." Watch the video and the final result of Gallagher and Piastri here.
