Lando Norris comes to Brazil with finishing on a high at the Mexico City Grand Prix. The British driver finished in P5 after struggling in qualifying, but is not yet sure about who his team would be able to perform this weekend at Interlagos.
"I don't think anyone knows, really. Some weekends we are good, some times not so good," Lando Norris began on Thursday at the Sao Paulo Grand Prix.
"[I am] not expecting to set the world on fire, but I think, considering how good Mexico was in the race, and where we potentially could have finished if we started higher up, then I still look forward to it. But it's never tended to be our strongest weekend or one of the strongest weekends. We'll keep our feet on the ground and keep pushing. But I'm sure we can still have a good weekend," the Briton summed his expectations ahead of the weekend in Brazil.

Could Norris have beaten Verstappen from higher up the grid?

Norris had to start the race in Mexico City from P17 on the grid, but completed a remarkable comeback to in fifth place. Asked about whether he would have been able to beat race winner Verstappen if he had a better starting position, the McLaren driver simply responded: "No. No chance."
