Britain prides itself on being the birthplace of motor sport, with - in the eyes of the British - the Grand Prix at Silverstone being the biggest event on the Formula 1 calendar. There is another sport that the British believe belongs to 'them': darts. For decades, darts was an out-of-touch pub sport, often starring Englishmen. That, too, is no longer the case; darts has become a globally played game.
Just as Max Verstappen shook up Formula 1 at the age of 16, a super talent has emerged in the world of darts, attacking the established order even before his eighteenth birthday. His name is Luke Littler, an 17-year-old super talent who even played in (and lost) the World Cup final earlier this year. Littler did, however, win the prestigious Premier League darts.
On Thursday at Silverstone, Briton's Lando Norris took the young superstar for a tour around the famous track.

Littler - who goes by the nickname Luke the Nuke - also met current world champion Max Verstappen in the run-up to the British Grand Prix in the Silverstone paddock, where he has been facing F1 drivers at darts.
