Former F1 driver Juan Pablo Montoya recently pointed out a trait of Verstappen he finds "annoying" after the Miami Grand Prix. The seven-time grand prix winner also mentioned that McLaren does the same thing.
Initially, Montoya thought Verstappen would have a hard time in Miami

'That's so annoying'

On Ted's Notebook on Sky Sports F1, Montoya said, "I was saying, ‘Max is going to struggle here, the car doesn’t seem to have any traction’."
He continued, "I don’t know what they did, but they figured it out. Again! They always figure it out. It’s great, but it’s like ‘Wow, that’s so annoying!’ in the same way you look at McLaren, and you go ‘Oh, they got this… again?!’”

While Verstappen occasionally makes it onto the podium, McLaren has remained dominant throughout the past six races. McLaren leads both championships, with Oscar Piastri in first place and Verstappen in fourth in the World Drivers Championship.
