Normally, the fastest pitstop award goes to either Williams or Red Bull, but on this occasion, McLaren set the benchmark with Lando Norris' pitstop during the Russian Grand Prix.
Red Bull, who lead the fastest pitstop championship, saw their lead get cut as they recorded a sixth-place finish. Williams weren't in top gear either as a P7 and P8 saw them score just 10 points.
The top four places were filled by McLaren, Ferrari and Mercedes. Norris' pitstop was a 2.24-second activity.
Ferrari is, therefore, chasing Williams, with Mercedes and McLaren on their heels. Behind the three there is a big gap to Toro Rosso. Racing Point are still at the bottom of the table.
