Pit stop blunders because of "teams pushing limits"

Haas F1's Kevin Magnussen says the recent incidents regarding pit stops are because the teams are pushing the limits on them, and it's up to the FIA to do something about it.

K-Mag's own team were in the spotlight of the first blunder of the season, as both Haas cars were forced to retire only moments after pitting. Both Haas cars were wowing the world by driving in fourth and fifth when it happened, which made the accident all the more tragic. The wheels weren't properly mounted during the pit stop, we found out. Ouch.

The accident seemed like a one-off, but last weekend during the second race of the season, it went wrong again, but this time in the Ferrari-garage. Raikkonen came in, then thought he had all of his wheels swapped as he got a green light and thus pulled away, but in fact, one old tyre was still on with a mechanic standing over it, causing Kimi to run over his leg while pulling away, breaking the leg of the mechanic.

“This is what happens when you have competition - you push the limits and then you find the limit and you go a little bit back," Magnussen said.

Should the FIA take any action, or should the teams just take responsibility, like Magnussen suggests?
