Kelly Piquet proudly shares pictures of her two daughters on Mother's Day

Piquet is now the proud mother of two daughters after the birth of her new daughter, Lily, and Mother's Day was the perfect opportunity for her to shine a light on her girls. The partner of Max Verstappen shared various photos of her daughters, Penelope and the newly born Lily.

On Instagram, the Brazilian shared several photos of herself with her two daughters, Penelope and Lily. Along with that, there are also some photos of her own mother

Additionally, she shared a compilation of photos and videos of her daughters in her Instagram stories, too. There was a lot of room for Penelope, for whom she says she wants to be a role model.

It appears that Piquet and Verstappen received postnatal visitors on Mother's Day – or the days surrounding it – from Victoria Verstappen and Sophie Kumpen, Max Verstappen's sister and mother, respectively. They shared photos of a visit to Monaco, where the pair celebrated Mother's Day. Earlier, Kelly had also shared photos of some luxurious postnatal gifts she had received, including from companies she works with.

As far as Verstappen is concerned, everyone – himself included – seems to agree that fatherhood will have no effect on him as a driver. Among others, Guenther Steiner and Mario Andretti spoke about this in exclusive interviews with GPblog. Both Steiner and Andretti previously stated they believe Verstappen would become faster rather than slower.
