Kelly Piquet wants to convince Max Verstappen: 'I'm trying to get him to do that'

Kelly Piquet, Max Verstappen's girlfriend, hopes to convince her lover of something that is very important to her. What exactly? A skincare routine. Piquet stresses that Verstappen is also getting older and tries to make him understand the importance of good skincare.

Kelly Piquet takes great care and attention to her skin and would like her better half to do the same. At the same time, she does realise that a whole skincare routine might be too much to ask. “I’m trying to get him to do one because he’s ageing as well. I’m trying to at least have him use moisturiser,” she let US magazine People note.

In the meantime, Kelly stays true to her own rituals. "I do have my own skincare routine, which I’m quite religious about. It’s all about hydration, all about getting the face clean and moisturised," she adds.

Verstappen and Piquet recently celebrated their four-year anniversary as a couple. This celebration roughly coincided with the Brazilian Grand Prix, which the Red Bull Racing driver won in dominant fashion. After the Grand Prix in Sao Paulo, there are a few weeks until the next Formula 1 race in Las Vegas, giving the couple plenty of time to celebrate.
