In Monza, Verstappen claimed the pole position, securing another significant victory for Red Bull over McLaren and Ferrari. Hamilton also got hit with a five place grid penalty! Here's the complete starting grid.
In Italian GP qualifying, Max Verstappen and Red Bull once again triumphed over Ferrari and McLaren. The Dutch driver managed to conquer Norris, Piastri, and even Leclerc.
Ferrari seemingly possessed the capability to outperform Max for pole position, but a contentious tow strategy caused Charles Leclerc to drop to the fourth place. Furthermore, Hamilton will start from the tenth position on the grid due to his 5-place penalty. On the other hand, Mercedes enjoyed a fruitful weekend with a completely silver-arrows third row, separated only by 0.043s between Russell and Antonelli.
Gabriel Bortoleto delivered an outstanding performance, once again confirming his 7th place on the grid. Alonso also performed well in qualifying and secured the 8th spot.
