Interlagos race set to be replaced?

The president of Brazil, Jair Bolsonaro, has seemingly confirmed that 2019 will be the last time the famous Autodromo Jose Carlos Pace, better known as Interlagos, will host a race in Formula 1.
Instead, the Brazilian GP will be held at a new venue near Rio de Janeiro, set to be built this year.
Bolsonaro said: "The Rio de Janeiro circuit will be finished six or seven months after the start of construction work."
The organisers of the race in Sao Paulo have denied that the race will be moved, saying: "There is a contract in place to hold the Brazilian grand prix in Sao Paulo until 2020 and both sides continue to honour their commitments.”
It would surely be a massive shame to see Interlagos drop off the calendar, a place with so much history and tradition, what do you think? Comment below!
