Pirelli have announced it’s tyre selections for the Canadian Grand Prix which include F1’s new softest compound tyre, the hyper soft for the first time.
The options available to the teams to use for the Montreal are; Super-soft, Ultra-soft and Hyper-soft.
The selections for the Monaco Grand Prix are yet to be announced but it is likely that the hyper-soft tyres will also be used here.
Pirelli wanted to see how the tyres performed in pre-season testing before announcing tyre selections.
The tyres available in Australia are; Soft, Super soft and Ultra Soft
