Renault driver Nico Hulkenberg says that the team need to stop feeling so much pressure to succeed and work normally to get the best results out of their car.
Renault sit eighth in the Constructors’ Championship with just 12 points for far this season and could only muster 12th and 13th at the most recent race in Spain.
Hulkenberg told Autosport: “Expectations are high as ever but we also don’t need to over push people.
“Sometimes you also need to take a step back, take a deep breath and let the people work.
“Putting pressure on everyone doesn’t always pay off.
