Nico Hulkenberg has hailed Max Verstappen as the “boss who rules” in Formula 1, while praising the class of the Red Bull Racing driver after his win in COTA. “He's currently the boss who rules everyone.”

Verstappen continued his title resurgence with a dominant outing throughout the weekend at the
United States Grand Prix. The 28-year-old sealed pole position and converted them to victories in both the Sprint and Grand Prix at the Circuit of the Americas.

Toto Wolff lauds Verstappen
Earlier, Mercedes team principal
Toto Wolff praised Verstappen. The 53-year-old, who spoke to
GPblog in the aftermath of the US Grand Prix, highlighted how incredible the Dutch driver’s current level is.
The Austrian motorsport chief further explained how the driver and Red Bull have turned a corner since the summer break, concluding that it is hard to see any driver on the current grid matching the Dutchman’s form.
The words of the Mercedes boss also align with Formula 1 analyst Peter
Windsor, who labelled Verstappen ‘driver of the weekend’ at the United States Grand Prix.
