Red Bull have secured three race wins this season but have not won since the ninth race of the season in Austria, when Max Verstappen won his fourth race in F1.
Verstappen was also victorious last year in Mexico, the scene of the third last race in this year’s season.
F1 travels to Russia, Japan and USA before visiting Mexico, and whilst Christian Horner believes his drivers can score plenty of podiums between now and the end of the season but accepts that Mexico could be their last opportunity to top the podium in the 2018 season.
Red Bull are almost certain to finish third in the Constructors’ Championship, being well adrift of the top two teams of Mercedes and Ferrari but are well ahead of Renault in fourth.
Verstappen won in style last season in Mexico, finishing 19 seconds ahead of Valtteri Bottas and Horner thinks they can win again.

He said: “I think realistically Mexico is probably the only shot we have got left, under normal circumstances.
“Hopefully we can get a few more podiums in before the end of the year.”
