Christian Horner knows what it will take to win the Canadian Grand Prix, and despite Verstappen's potential race ban, he expects the Dutchman to race rival George Russell hard for the win.
Describing Verstappen's performance, Horner lauded his driver, which also earned Red Bull Racing a milestone, as the Briton said to F1TV.
"I thought Max did a great job. I mean, just to miss out on the pole, but still bag the front row. Our 200th front row starts apparently. So, you know, that's good for tomorrow. Strategy will be important, race start, all the rest of it. But, you know, good performance today."

Will Verstappen be in the mix for the win? What does Horner believe the win hangs on?
"I think it's all going to be about we saw yesterday. How the tyres behave and the graining and, is that going to be a factor? So whoever looks after the tyres best is going to probably be in the best shape [to win]. But it was a great lap by George as well, so well done to him and Mercedes, but hopefully we can race them hard tomorrow."
