As of this week, Christian Horner is no longer a team principal. While his contract is being terminated, the question remains what he plans to do in the coming months.
The Daily Mail has reporter that Horner intends to focus first on spending time with his family, especially since he won’t be able to work for 18 months due to his situation with Red Bull Racing.
The newspaper goes on to explore the circumstances surrounding the former team principal of Max Verstappen.
Why is Horner still on Red Bull’s payroll?

In his farewell speech, Horner stated that he had been relieved of his duties but is still officially on Red Bull’s payroll. GPblog recently published an article explaining how this is possible.
The terms of his severance package still need to be negotiated. Additionally, discussions are ongoing about when Horner might be allowed to work for another team and what he can and cannot say publicly about Red Bull Racing.
