The upcoming Grand Prix Dell'Emilia Romagna will be Ferrari's first home race of the season and Lewis Hamilton is absolutely determined to 'get the results the fans and the Scuderia deserve'. In a post on X, Ferrari released a video encapsulating Hamilton's experiences in Italy as a driver for the Maranello-based team, with Hamilton reacting to racing for the first time in Italy as an official driver for the Scuderia.
Hamilton won't give up until glory is brought back to Maranello
"I'm getting the feell the love, the desire and the passion from every single person that Ferrari touches, something I've never experienced before. Coming to Italy for the first time as a Ferrari driver I'm both nervous and also excited to be actually in Italy and being at home with the team in their home country, I think it's something that I'm really looking forward to experiencing."
It's not been the best time at Ferrari, sportingly speaking at least, with the team being unable to consistently challenge for the top prizes. Nevertheless, Hamilton is tirelessly working to achieve the most important goal.
"Thank you for the welcoming you've given me for ebing in the family and in the team. I'm incredibly honoured to be a part of it. I'm working very hard to make sure we get the results that you deserve and the team deserves and I won't give up until I achieve that."
