Hamilton accompanied the series of workout videos with a caption detailing his preparation:
“This is the most I’ve ever trained between seasons. I’m pushing hard every day to show up stronger than ever this year. With lifting, cardio, flexibility, and strength training, everything is about progress, endurance and going further than the day before. See you soon, Melbourne 💪🏾💥,” he wrote on Instagram.
Hamilton endured a challenging debut campaign with the Ferrari team, with results proving to be a far departure from what many expected following his seismic switch to the Italian outfit.
However, the 41-year-old has continued to express optimism ahead of the new season and only recently shared a motivational note ahead of the campaign.

Brundle backs Hamilton to shine
