Hadjar gets closer and closer to F2 title, big blow for Aron in championship

A big blow for Paul Aron in the Formula 2 championship. The Estonian was competing for victory at Spa but crashed out just before the end of the race. With four race weekends to go, Isack Hadjar seems to be on his way to the F2 title.

It was a great battle between Isack Hadjar and Paul Aron for the win in Belgium. Hadjar ran away with the win and Aron had quickly gone through his tyres. This had already caused the Eston to fall back to third, but it got worse. Indeed, Aron's car stalled, making it a zero result.

Gabriel Bortoleto took advantage of this. The Belgium number two also climbed to second place in the standings. Although there are still four race weekends to go, Hadjar's lead is immense. Bortoleto's performance is extra handsome. The McLaren junior won Formula 3 last year and is driving F2 for the first time this year.
