Formula 1 has officially announced through its own channels that the season will most likely last longer than at the end of November. In the current Formula 1 calendar, 27-29 November is the last Grand Prix weekend of the season with the race in Abu Dhabi, but the outbreak of the coronavirus is likely to change that.
This can be deduced from a statement from the royal class of motorsport. "As previously announced, we will utilise the summer break being brought forward to March/April to race during the normal summer break period, and anticipate the season end date will extend beyond our original end date of 27-29th of November."

Not to say when F1 can start

Formula 1 would prefer to come up with a revised calendar for 2020 as soon as possible, but one asks for patience because it is simply too early to come up with confirmations. "Formula 1 is currently working with our promoters on a revised 2020 calendar with the actual sequence and schedule dates for races likely to differ significantly from our original 2020 calendar."
As previously announced, the new calendar will be significantly different in terms of order and dates of the Grands Prix. "This will be published in due course."
