An optimistic Fernando Alonso believes that "points are possible" at the remaining four Grands Prix to close out the 2025 Formula 1 season. "I think for the four remaining races, I think we could find opportunities in all four of them."
- Fernando AlonsoThe Spaniard currently sits P12 in the drivers' championship with 37 points, with Aston Martin unable to find any pace to put them in a battle for the 'best of the rest' position, sitting 42 points behind an impressive Williams team in the constructors' championship.
However, with just four points separating Nico Hulkenberg in P9 and Alonso in 12th place, there is plenty to play for as the 025 season enters the final four races of the year.
"I think for the four remaining races, I think we could find opportunities in all four of them," the 43-year-old stated in the paddock at the Mexico City Grand Prix.

"Brazil, we were quite ok two years ago, so hopefully a good track for us. Qatar may be good as well.
"Vegas may not be so good. Maybe safety cars or whatever. Anything can happen there. I don't know, but I go into the next four races thinking that the points are possible in all four of them."
A positive end of the season for Alonso and Aston Martin could be a huge boost before their highly anticipated 2026 season arrives, with Adrian Newey,
as managing technical partner at the British team, "extracting and getting more out of Aston Martin".
Alonso fired up after Mexico

with a sarcastic message directed to the stewards and race control.
