Today marks the final day of testing ahead of the 2018 F1 season which gets underway in just under two weeks time.
The teams get one final chance to gather information, experiment and tweak the car setups before heading to Australia. After today, the next chance to drive the cars will be in the 1st practise session in Melbourne.
The first week of testing was limited due to cold weather, including snow and ice. But the second week proved to be worth the wait with plenty of running and milage from most teams.
The lap-record has been demolished. Daniel Ricciardo broke it first however it was Sebastian Vettel who stole the limelight and posted a 1:17.182 to re-break the record yesterday.
Lewis Hamilton and Valtteri Bottas once again split the day between them whilst Kimi Raikkonen gets another chance behind the Ferrari wheel.
McLaren and Fernando Alonso will be desperate for plenty of action allowing them to catch up on lost time after a week of issues with the car.
Today’s session will run from 9am (8am UK time).
