Max Verstappen is generally satisfied after his second place in the Singapore Grand Prix. The Red Bull driver didn't give elongated answers during the press conference after the race, following his protest after qualifying on Saturday.
Verstappen was impressed by the improvement he and Red Bull were able to make in Singapore. "Compared to the start of the weekend, we improved quite nicely. I think that's been great for us as a team, on a track that we know we're not performing normally the best. So I'm happy with second today," the Dutchman said.

Verstappen keeps his answers short again

Verstappen still did not answer all questions during the post-race press conference but did explain how the day was. "I would say the end. The last few laps, I think it was feeling a little bit better. But overall, quite a lonely race for me," he replied to a question about the RB20's performance.
In the cooldown room, Verstappen commented that he was afraid Norris would lap him. He elaborated on that during the press conference. "Of course that was a joke, but I’m not surprised. I think Lando drove a great race, and he had a great weekend, that's for sure."
