Current estimations show no change from earlier forecasts. Thursday started partly cloudy and became mostly cloudy from the late afternoon. There is a gradual increase in the chance of light rain from the late afternoon through Friday.
FP1 (18:30–19:30) begins with rain chances increasing to 20% at 18:00 and 40% at 19:00, as the cars are scheduled to race through the heart of Las Vegas.
FP2 (22:00–23:00) carries a moderate chance of one light shower, with rain probability stagnant at 40% from 20:00 through 22:00, rising to 60% by 23:00, right when the second practice session will see the chequered flag. A light northerly wind is expected.
On Friday the forecast indicates mostly cloudy conditions with a chance of showers up to level 2 until 15:00. Precipitation probabilities are expected to decrease for the sessions, particularly qualifying.
FP3 (18:30–19:30) is expected to run with rain chances of 20% at less than 20% from 17:00 through 19:00. Qualifying (22:00–23:00) shows rain probabilities at 0% at 22:00. Light northerly winds remain throughout.

Saturday’s forecast is mainly sunny. A starry and dry race is expected, with light northwesterly wind. Rain probability holds at 0% during the afternoon and evening. Race start is forecast at 15°C air temperature, with track temperatures between 17–19°C and a maximum heat index of 17°C.
