Does Honda's departure also mean Red Bull's departure from Formula 1?

Honda will leave Formula 1 at the end of 2021, but that had been known to the top of Red Bull Racing for some time. So why hasn't that summit asked other suppliers yet? Is a departure imminent?
Red Bull Racing switched from Renault to Honda engines in 2019. After a fruitful partnership, the relationship had deteriorated and Red Bull had the opportunity to become a factory team at Honda. Now that this has disappeared in 2022, Marc Priestley believes it is also a real option for Red Bull to disappear from the sport.

Red Bull away from Formula 1?

''There is certainly a possibility that Red Bull will leave Formula 1. They haven't had any contact with Renault nor have they asked Honda if they can take over the factory. Helmut Marko and Dietrich Mateschitz have known this for a while, so if you are 100% sure you want to stay in F1, then you will go to those organisations to discuss the possibilities," Priestley says in his new video.
McLaren's former mechanic understands that this takes time, but the fact that there have been no discussions at all worries Priestley. ''There is a possibility that Mateschitz sees this as too much of an investment and is now working less and less towards an 'exit strategy'. I don't think it will happen myself, but you have to keep this open as a possibility'', concludes Priestley.
