Callum Ilott on his crash: "The biggest I’ve ever had"

Ferrari academy driver Callum Ilott drove for Alfa Romeo in today's testing session but a crash in the afternoon blemished what would have been a perfect drive for the young driver. He described the incident as “the biggest off I’ve ever had” but will hope that he impressed enough to be invited back in the future.

“In the morning we battled through all the testing that we needed to,” Ilott said to Crash.net.

“I was happy, the team was happy, so we were getting through that really well. So overall it was a really positive day other than the crash.
