A new series about Formula 1 is coming to Netflix. The US streaming service is currently working on a series about the life of racing legend Ayrton Senna.
The US streaming giant managed to tap into a whole new market with 'Drive to Survive'. At the end of next year, Netflix is said to be coming up with a new Formula One series, which will depict Ayrton Senna's career in a six-parter, from his early days in Europe, to his death at the 1994 San Marino Grand Prix.
Likely next year
Senna will be played by actor Gabriel Leone. A notable fact is that the Brazilian actor also has a role in the upcoming film 'Ferrari', which portrays the life of Enzo Ferrari on screen. The series about Senna is likely to be released late next year. The Brazilian legend came to three world championships and 41 victories.
