Red Bull Racing took the win on Sunday afternoon, but Ferrari also made a good impression. The second place of Carlos Sainz also showed in the results. Felipe Massa had expected Sainz's current form.

The former driver has found Sainz to be an excellent driver for many years. "I've always appreciated him, ever since he debuted in F1," Massa stated in conversation with Sky Italia. "He has always been there, even in his first year when he had to compete with then teammate Verstappen. Even then he did well compared to Max, while we all know that Max, is Max. Still, Sainz was able to do the battle then."

Sainz is also performing satisfactorily at Ferrari, according to Massa. "He fits well with the team from Maranello and he has to keep dreaming of the highest achievable now as well. As a driver you have to keep on believing. In Charles Leclerc he has an excellent teammate, who has a bright future ahead of him. That completes the picture for Ferrari."

Ferrari in the world championship

Both drivers are currently in the middle of the world championship. Whereas Sainz is in seventh place with 38 points, Leclerc has gained two points more. Sergio Pérez is currently on 44 points.
