Lando Norris is happy that his good friend Max Verstappen managed to avoid a fifth consecutive Mercedes victory in the second British Grand Prix of the year. The McLaren driver called Verstappen over the onboard radio after the race 'a legend'.
Norris, who finished ninth on the Silverstone circuit, asks his engineer who won. The answer can of course be guessed. "What a legend!" replied the young British driver.
For Norris it was a difficult race. Where he managed to finish fifth last week, he had to settle for P9 on Sunday. "It was just a tough race in terms of tyres. Mercedes didn't win, so something happened", he says at Sky Sports.
